At The Bed Loft, we're proud of the quality of our products. That's why all of our handcrafted beds are backed by a 5-Year Guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind with your purchase.
Your guarantee begins from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects caused by faulty materials or workmanship. If you believe your bed or mattress has developed a fault, simply contact our Customer Support team and we'll be happy to assist with an inspection and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If a genuine manufacturing fault is identified within the guarantee period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected product free of charge.
What's Covered
Our 5-Year Guarantee covers defects resulting from:
- Faulty materials
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural issues caused during production
- Workmanship faults under normal domestic use
What's Not Covered
The guarantee does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Stains, spills or soiling
- Improper use, misuse or neglect
- Jumping or standing on the bed
- Commercial or rental use
- Damage caused by an unsuitable mattress or base
- Mattresses that have been bent or folded causing damage to the internal spring unit
- Clearance or ex-display products unless otherwise stated
Repairs & Replacements
Where possible, we will repair the affected item. If a repair isn't suitable, we will replace the product or the affected component with the same or nearest equivalent model.
While every effort is made to match fabrics and colours, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing changes or fabric availability.
If the original product is no longer available, we'll offer a suitable alternative. Should you choose a higher-priced replacement, you'll simply pay the difference in price.
Guarantee Conditions
- The guarantee applies to the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred.
- Proof of purchase may be required when making a claim.
- The guarantee is valid for products delivered within our standard mainland UK delivery areas.
- Any repair or replacement does not extend the original guarantee period.
Your Consumer Rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them in any way. The Bed Loft will always honour your rights under UK consumer law.
