Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services online.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund any amount due to you using the original payment method.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted where further checks are required.
A contract between you and us is formed when we accept your order in accordance with our order process.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our applicable policies and the information provided during checkout, form part of the agreement between you and us.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of any mandatory legal protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services or applicable law.
The version of the Terms that applies to an order will generally be the version in force when that order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
SECTION 20 - WARRANTY AND YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Where a product is supplied with a manufacturer's or commercial warranty, details of that warranty will be provided with the product or made available to you where applicable.
A manufacturer's or commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, your statutory consumer rights.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact our customer service team. We may ask you to provide photographs or other reasonable evidence to help us investigate the issue.
SECTION 21 - DELIVERY
Delivery will be made to the address provided when your order is placed. Please check that your delivery information is correct before completing your purchase.
We aim to deliver most eligible orders within an estimated 3–10 working days, subject to product availability, postcode area, courier schedules and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If a delivery appointment has been agreed and nobody is available to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge a failed delivery fee of £45.
Customers should inspect their order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and report any damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items to us within 48 hours of delivery where possible.
Reporting an issue after 48 hours does not automatically affect any statutory rights you may have.
SECTION 22 - CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Cancellation and return rights depend on the type of product purchased and whether the product has been made or customised to your specifications.
Where an order is eligible for cancellation, you may cancel for a full refund up to 2 working days before your scheduled delivery date, before 1:00pm.
Cancellations received after this deadline may incur a £75 cancellation fee, and any delivery charges already incurred or paid may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
Eligible products may qualify for our 30-night comfort trial. To request a return under the trial, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
A £75 collection fee applies to eligible returns under our 30-night comfort trial unless otherwise stated or where the return results from goods being faulty, damaged or not as described.
Certain bespoke, customised or made-to-order products may not qualify for change-of-mind cancellation or return rights where an applicable legal exemption applies.

SECTION 23 - ACCESS AND ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
It is your responsibility to ensure there is suitable access to the delivery address and the room in which the product is intended to be placed.
Before delivery, please check relevant doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts, room dimensions and any parking or access restrictions.
Please inform us in advance of any access restrictions that may affect delivery.
If delivery cannot be completed because suitable access has not been provided or because incorrect delivery information has been supplied, additional delivery or collection charges may apply where reasonable.
Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
SECTION 24 - REFUNDS
Once an eligible returned item has been received and inspected, we will process any refund due as quickly as reasonably possible.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Once a refund has been processed, please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, although the exact timeframe may depend on your bank or payment provider.
